LUNEA STUDIO

Design that understands the brand. Development that serves the business.

Lunea brings brand strategy, digital design, content structure and development to the same table. We create digital experiences that make your offer easier to understand and support the way your business works.

OUR PERSPECTIVE

First, define the right problem.

We do not begin by choosing colours or a page template. We look at who the project is for, what visitors need to know and which business need the work should address. This gives the design decisions a meaningful foundation.

  • The brand’s current position and the value it wants to communicate
  • Audience questions, expectations and decision-making
  • Content, page scope and management needs
  • Existing information, links and functions that must be preserved
WORKING TOGETHER

The process is more than a file delivery.

Once the scope is clear, we review the content structure and design direction together. During development, we follow how those decisions become a working experience. A pre-launch review makes it clear what is ready and what information is still outstanding.

  • Scope and responsibilities defined at the start
  • Concrete design outputs you can review and decide on
  • Visible progress through development and review
  • A final check against the agreed delivery scope
DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY

Different skills working towards the same goal.

Branding, content and development can each be strong on their own and still fall short when they do not work together. We do not treat copy as filler to add at the end. We consider the page structure, user journeys and management needs as one connected experience.

  • Brand strategy and visual identity
  • Web interface and content hierarchy
  • Web and software development shaped around the need
  • Separate scope for SEO, maintenance and future improvements
THE RIGHT SCALE

Enough scope to solve the need. Room to develop later.

Not every business needs a large, complex platform. A well-structured corporate website may be enough; another project may need a catalogue, online shop or management interface. We identify the first goal and plan later needs around it.

  • Priority functions that address the current need
  • A structure without unnecessary pages and features
  • An understandable approach to managing content
  • Future improvements assessed as separate work
HOW DECISIONS ARE MADE

There should be a reason behind every preference.

Asking only whether a design looks good can leave important details out of the discussion. We also consider which question a heading answers, what an image communicates and where a button leads. Feedback can then relate personal preferences to the actual purpose of the page.

A short service description may look elegant but leave visitors unable to judge whether the service fits their needs. Rather than adding length alone, it is more useful to explain who the offer is for, what information is needed and what happens next.

We distinguish the business facts you provide from the design decisions we suggest. Services, addresses and commercial terms need your confirmation; layout and editorial recommendations are explained with their rationale. This gives both sides a concrete basis for reviewing the work.

  • Feedback related to the purpose of the page
  • Business information identified for confirmation
  • Defined review points for content and design
  • Separate assessment of requests that affect the scope
AFTER THE HANDOVER

We consider the team that will use the site.

How a page will be updated matters alongside how it looks. We discuss which text changes regularly, who adds products and which fields require care. The management interface is not simply a technology choice: it should also reflect the way your team works.

When refreshing an existing site, old page links, useful content and working forms belong in this review. Removing data or changing a functioning process is not an end in itself. The boundaries of the change are defined before a new appearance is applied.

The proposal states the handover format, management support and any guidance included. A later request for a new management screen, integration or substantial content work is assessed separately. The initial delivery and future improvements therefore remain clearly distinguished.

  • Fields to update and the person responsible for content
  • Records, links and workflows to preserve
  • Handover and guidance defined in the proposal
  • A priority list for later improvements

Different expertise, one project table.

Brand strategy, development, content and visual design gain meaning when the different parts of the project are considered together.

How we work

A clear way of working, at every stage.

You know what we are doing, why it matters and what comes next. We define the scope early, keep decisions visible and review the result together before launch.

01

Listen and define the scope.

We review your business, goal and existing setup. Then we clarify pages, functions, content responsibilities and the project’s boundaries.

02

Shape the structure and design together.

We make the content flow and interface direction tangible. Brand fit, ease of use and priority messages are reviewed together.

03

Develop and review how it works.

We turn the agreed scope into an implementation, reviewing pages, links and interactions against the project’s use cases.

04

Prepare for launch with a final review.

We work through the content, technical requirements and delivery scope. Launch and later maintenance follow the agreed terms.

FAQ

Useful answers

Can we work with Lunea remotely?

Yes. From İzmir, we can communicate through online meetings for projects across Türkiye and abroad. The meeting routine and project communication are agreed according to the scope.

Can you preserve our existing brand identity?

We review your existing logo, colours, visual language and brand documents at the start. We agree on what should remain and assess design improvements within that framework.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Your current website, services, audience, project goal and any brand files are useful. A budget range and timing expectations also help us discuss the right scope.

Let’s Discuss Your Project

Let’s give your next project a clear direction.

A new website, a refresh of an existing platform or software for a specific workflow: tell us what you want to achieve, where you are now and what matters most. We can start the conversation with a practical scope.
