    THE FIRST CONVERSATION

What can you share with us?

You do not need a finished technical specification. Understanding what your business does, who it wants to reach and what it wants to improve is a useful start. Existing links and examples help make the conversation more concrete.

    • Your business, services and audience
    • Your current website or social media links
    • The pages and functions you need
    • Your priorities, budget range and timing expectations
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A SITE

Keep what works. Identify what needs to change.

Refreshing a website does not mean deleting everything. We consider content, search links, forms and management habits at the start. Knowing what needs to stay helps define the change more accurately.

    • Content and existing page URLs to preserve
    • Usability or management problems you are experiencing
    • Forms and integrations that must keep working
    • Any access, migration and backup requirements
    WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

How do we move forward after your enquiry?

We review your request, discuss the needs and consider an appropriate scope. The proposal helps us agree on the work and its conditions. Sending the form does not, on its own, create a project or payment commitment.

    • Review of the request and current situation
    • Clarification of missing information and priorities
    • A proposal covering scope, price and timing
    • Agreed steps for starting the project
    A MORE USEFUL FIRST MESSAGE

One paragraph and the right links can be enough.

“Our business offers this service; that information is hard to find on our current site; we want visitors to ask for a quote.” A message like this may be more useful than a long feature list. Add your current website and one or two references, with a short explanation of what you like.

If your content is not ready, simply tell us. Knowing the state of your logo, product images and service descriptions helps us discuss preparation responsibilities. You can also share an expected date and budget range if those are already known.

Do not include passwords, API keys, payment details or customer records in the first message. If technical access is needed to review an existing setup, the need and sharing method are agreed separately. Your enquiry starts a conversation; it does not create a purchase or payment obligation by itself.

    • What do you offer, and who do you want to reach?
    • What works today, and what needs to change?
    • Which result matters most for the first delivery?
    • What is ready in terms of content, timing and budget?
    FAQ

    Useful answers

Should I send access credentials in the form?

No. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer data or payment information. If technical access is needed, we will agree on a suitable method through a secure channel.

Does all content need to be ready before requesting a proposal?

No. We discuss what content is available and who will prepare the rest at the start. This helps define an accurate scope and proposal.

Can I contact you from abroad?

Yes. We can communicate through online meetings. Language and content requirements are discussed in the first conversation.
